To avoid dog breeding scams, it is highly recommended that the buyer:

Confirm by video that all the details about the breeder and dog are true.  
Confirm by video that the breeder has the dog in their possession.  
Confirm by video that the dog looks like what is represented.  
Talk to the breeder over the phone and/or video. 
Do not buy from mysterious people through emails or texts.  
The buyer should never send money without verifying and feeling confident about their purchase. 
The buyer can contact the breeder's veterinarian to confirm proper care of the puppies.
